Legacy Village of Tifton Receives Perfect Score for 5th Consecutive Year in State Healthcare Inspection

TIFTON, Ga. (August 23, 2017) – Legacy Village of Tifton, a premier senior living community serving Tifton, Ga., received a perfect score from the Georgia Department of Community Health, following an unannounced inspection by the department’s Healthcare Facility Regulation Division. The inspection is held by the state each year to ensure quality measures and safe practices within the community.

Achieving the highest possible rating, each department within Legacy Village of Tifton received no violations from the State of Georgia’s Rules and Regulations for Assisted Living Communities.

The state inspection rates many aspects of Legacy Village of Tifton, including the care staff, quality of food, documentation, system and processes and the general well-being of residents and family members.
